We've been baking up a storm in the TIU HQ test kitchen and this is one of our MOST DECADENT recipes yet! Fluffy, sticky, crunchy, sweet, and HEALTHY? Yep! What are you waiting for?? Get your donut on, girl!!! Oh and make sure to stock up on Perfect Fit Quinoa Crisps to add that guilt-free crunch!! ;)
4 donuts (1 donut per serving)
- 3 scoops vanilla Perfect Fit Protein
- 6 Tbsp plain greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Perfect Fit Quinoa Crisps
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
STEP 1: Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.
STEP 2: Add in wet ingredients and stir until fully incorporated. Spray donut pan with coconut cooking spray.
STEP 3: Place batter into donut pan and cook for 8-10 minutes in your donut maker or until a toothpick comes out clean.
STEP 4: Pour crisps into a sandwich bag. Add in cinnamon and honey. Close the bag and massage mixture around so the quinoa is fully covered.
