6 medjool dates, pitted
1/3 cup unsalted cashews, ground
1 scoop Vanilla Latte Perfect Fit Protein
2 tsp cacao powder
2 shots espresso
1 tsp cinnamon
In a food processor, process dates until a paste-like consistency. Pour into bowl. Pour cashews into food processor, process until a flour-like consistency. Pour into bowl with dates, and add other ingredients. Once mixed, roll into 1" balls and place on a tray. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy! Makes 8-10.PIN THIS RECIPE
